Pioneers of an alternative approach to agriculture in Italy, among the first Italian farms to grow organic and biodynamic grapes and the first vinegar factory to produce organic and biodynamic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Acetaia Guerzoni has been Demeter-certified biodynamic since 1984. The flagship of its products is the Extra-Old Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena D.O.P.: a unique vinegar because it is already organic and biodynamic despite being aged for over 25 years.
