At Terra Sacra, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Return Window

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Food and Perishable Products

Because we sell food products, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened and in resalable condition.

We cannot accept returns of opened food items, used products, or products that have been altered after delivery, except where required by law or if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Perishable items, including fresh products and any items that require temperature-controlled handling, are non-returnable except in cases where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at info@theterrasacra.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an item arriving damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@theterrasacra.com. Please include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the item
  • photos of the packaging
  • a short description of the issue

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically issued within 14 business days of approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please contact us first. If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • opened food products
  • used items
  • items not in their original condition or packaging
  • items returned more than 14 days after delivery
  • perishable items, except in cases of damage, defect, or error
